There were times where it would have been nice to have my calls answered earlier, but all was answered in the end. Emailing seemed to be a great way to communicate when this occured.

Trades were organised and appeared on time. I would like to note that there were a couple of instances where I noticed that protection of surfaces were not carried out when working in the area. I also had concern (as the owner) seeing all the render and plaster caked up on the window frames...it was left for quite some time and then the cleaner scratched the window frames cleaning it off.
